UYANIK KRANİYOTOMİLERDE KORTİKAL BEYİN HARİTALANDIRILMASINDA LARİNGEAL MASKE KULLANIMI

Abstract

Kortikal stimülasyon sırasında beynin hassas alanlarını haritalandırabilmek için hasta bilinçli ve konuşur durumda olmalıdır. Lokal anestezi altında kraniyotomi yapılabilirse de, kemik flebin genel anestezi altında kaldırılması hasta tarafından daha iyi tolere edilir. Biz, dominant hemisfer- temporal veya pariyeto-oksipital lob cerrahisi geçiren 4 yetişkin hastadaki tecrübelerimizi bildiriyoruz. Uyanık kortikal beyin haritalandırılması işlemi sırasında propofol-alfentanil infüzyonu ile laringeal maske kullanımı alternatif bir anestezik tekniktir.
