Abstract
Literatürde, kadın radikal sistektomi serileri artan sıklıkla bildirilmesine rağmen, geç dönem komplikasyonu olarak vajinal eviserasyondan fazla bahsedilmemektedir. Burada, radikal sistektomiden 8 ay sonra oluşan vajinal eviserasyon vakası bildirilmiştir.
