Abstract

Bu derleme makalesinde, çağımızda insanlar arası ilişkilerde çok önemli bir rolü olan iletişimin genelden özele doğru tartışılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda önce iletişim modelleri, sonra iletişimde yeri tartışılmaz olan empati, en son olarak da eczacı-hasta ve eczacı-hekim iletişimi güncel literatür esas alınarak incelenmiştir.
