Bir İmalat Sisteminde Darboğaz Modeli ile Üretim Kapasitesinin Artırılması

Abstract

İmalat sistemlerinin kapasiteleri genellikle bir ya da daha fazla
darboğaz tarafından kısıtlanabilmektedir. Darboğazın tespiti ve darboğazların
kullanım (doluluk) oranlarını en üst düzeyde tutacak şekilde üretim planlama
yapılması imalat sistemlerinde üretim kapasitenin artmasını ve karma vermeyi
kolaylaştırır. Böylece imalat sistemi müşterilerin artan taleplerine cevap
verilebilir ve birim maliyetler düşürülebilir. Bu çalışmada, ilk önce bir saç
metal işleme sisteminde üretimde kullanılan istasyonların kullanım oranları
belirlenerek sistemin üretim kapasitesini kısıtlayan darboğaz belirlenecektir.
Darboğaz modeli ile elde edilen sonuçlara göre imalat sisteminin performansının
geliştirilmesine yönelik olarak öneriler hazırlanarak üretim kapasitesinin
nasıl arttırılacağı gösterilmiştir.
