Karbon Nanatüp ile Güçlendirilmiş Termoplastik Poliüretanın Mekanik Davranışlarının Deneysel Olarak İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu
çalışmanın amacı çok katmanlı karbon nanotüp ve termoplastik poliüretan ile
oluşturulan nanokompozitlerin mekanik özelliklerinin incelenmesidir. Saf
termoplastik poliüretan (TPU) ve farklı oranlarda karıştırılan çok katmanlı
karbon nanotüp (MWCNT) — termoplastik poliüretan nanokompozitlerinin çekme
özellikleri ölçülmüştür. Termoplastik poliüretan ve karbon nanotüpler plastik
enjeksiyon makinesi tarafından karıştırılıp, standartlara uygun kalınlıkta
şekillendirilmiştir. Oluşturulan levhalar CNC makinası ile uygun standartlara
(ASTM-D412-C) göre kesilip çekme testi için deney numuneleri hazırlanmıştır.
Hazırlanan deney numuneleri çekme testi makinası ile çekilip sonuçlar
değerlendirilmiştir. % 1 oranında çok katmanlı karbon nanotüp içeren
termoplastik poliüretan — çok katmanlı karbon nanotüp nanokompozitinin en iyi
çekme özelliklerini gösterdiği görülmüştür.
