Bilgisayar Destekli Alt Kurgu Belirlenmesi, Alt Kurgu Sıralarının Üretilmesi ve Grafik Olarak Gösterilmesi

Abstract

Ürünlerin kurgu (montaj) tasarımı
CAD/CAM sistemlerinin en önemli konularından biri olmaya başlamıştır. Bu
çalışmada, kurgu sıralarının alt kurguya (alt montaja) dayalı olarak üretilmesi
gerçekleştirilmiş ve böylece kurgu sıralarının üretilmesi sırasında harcanan
sürenin azaltılması sağlanmıştır. Birleştirilmiş halde katı model olarak
tasarlanan endüstriyel ürünlerin kullanıcı etkileşim' olmadan muhtemel bütün
alt kurguları belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra, belirlenen alt kurguların muhtemel
bütün kurgu sıraları üretilmiştir. Son olarak her alt kurgu için üretilen kurgu
sıraları, irtibat sıra grafiğiyle tasarımcıya sunulmuştur. Çalışma, AutoCAD
2000 paket programtnda, Visual LISP, Visual BASIC ve Turbo PASCAL programlama
dilleri kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir.
