Tel Erozyonda İşleme Parametrelerinin Teldeki Aşınma Krater Boyutlarına Etkisinin İstatistiksel İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tel erozyon ile
kesmede işleme parametrelerinin teldeki aşınma krater boyutlarına etkisi
istatistiksel olarak araştırıldı. Deneyler, farklı puls süresi (300, 500, 700
ve 900 ns), açık devre gerilimi (80, 100 ve 270 V), tel ilerleme hızı (5, 8 ve
12.5 mıdak) ve dielektrik sıvı püskürtme basıncı (6, 12 ve 18 kg/cm2) gibi
işleme koşulları altında faktöriyel deneysel tasarım kullanılarak yapıldı.
Deneylerde 0.25 mm çapında pirinç tel ve 0.28 mm kalınlığında Ç4140 çelik iş
parçası kullanıldı. Yapılan istatistiksel çalışma neticesinde, puls süresi ve
açık devre geriliminin krater boyutları üzerinde etkili olduğu, tel ilerleme
hızının ve dielektrik sıvı püskürtme basıncının etkisinin önemsiz olduğu
belirlenmiştir.
