Gerinim Geyci ile Gerilme Şiddeti Çarpanlarının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu
çalışmada, açılma modu (opening mode) için gerilme şiddeti çarpanları gerinim
geyç yöntemleri ile belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen deneysel sonuçlar sonlu
elemanlar metodu (SEM) çözümleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Deneysel çalışmada,
standartlara göre üretilen kompakt çekme numuneleri üzerinde Elektrik Akımı ile
Boşaltma (EDM) ve Tel ile Boşaltma (WDM) teknikleri kullanılarak çatlak
açılmıştır. Gerinim geyci yardımıyla çatlak ucu gerinim değerleri elde edilmiş
ve deneysel gerilme şiddeti çarpanları hesaplanmıştır.
