OSSA Gurubu Üyesi Bir Tasarım Firmasında Kalite Süreçleri Dikkate Alınarak ERP Yazılımı Seçimi

Year 2017, Volume: 15 Issue: 2, 47 - 57, 26.09.2018

Abstract

Bu çalışmada,
savunma sanayinde faaliyet gösteren bir elektronik firmasında ERP yazılımı
seçimi, Çok Ölçütlü Karar Verme (ÇÖKV) problemi olarak ele alınmıştır. ÇÖKV
yöntemi olarak bulanık TOPSIS uygulanmıştır. Bu amaçla Ostim Savunma ve
Havacılık Kümelenmesi (OSSA) gurubuna üye firmalardan ve çalışmanın yapıldığı
firma içi karar vericilerden anket yoluyla elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Belirsizlik

Selection of ERP Software Considering Quality Processes in a Design Firm of OSSA Group Member

Year 2017, Volume: 15 Issue: 2, 47 - 57, 26.09.2018

Abstract

In this study, the
selection of ERP software in an electronics firm operating in the defense
industry is considered as a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem.
Fuzzy TOPSIS is applied as the MCDM method. For this purpose, the data obtained
through the questionnaire from the members of the Ostim Defense and Aviation
Cluster (OSSA) group and from the in-firm decision makers are used. In order to
avoid uncertainty and subjectivity, the levels of importance of the ERP
selection criteria and the criteria of alternative software are determined with
the data obtained by using linguistic terms which are expressed in triangular
fuzzy numbers. In this direction, it is aimed to select the most appropriate
ERP software to meet the needs of the company.
