Büro Çalışanlarında Sıklıkla Görülen Kas ve İskelet Sistem Hastalıkları ve Önleme Yolları

Abstract

Özet: Son yirmi yılda çalışma ortamında bilgisayar kullanımının artması performansı artırırken beraberinde kas-iskelet sisteminde (KİS) birçok hastalıklara neden olmaktadır. Özellikle bilgisayar başında çalışmak zorunda olan büro çalışanlarında el, kol, bilek, bel ve boyun ağrılarında artış olduğu görülmektedir. Ergonomik olmayan ev koşullarında çalışma zorunluluğuna neden olan covid-19 pandemisi ile KİS hastalıklarının arttığı görülmektedir. Sıklığı giderek artmakta olan KİS hastalıklarından
korunmak iş yerinde doğru vücut mekaniği ilkelerinin uygulanması, ergonomik çalışma ortamının sağlanması ve kısa molalar verilerek egzersiz yapılması ile mümkündür. Etkin önleme stratejileri geliştirebilmek için bu hastalıklar ve etkileri hakkında daha fazla bilgi gerekmektedir. İşyerlerinde ergonomi bağlamında sorunların çözülmesi ve ofis ortamında yapılacak egzersizlerin KİS hastalıklarında
çalışanların korunması konusunda farkındalık yaratılması gerekmektedir. Ofis ortamında yapılacak ergonomik düzeltmelerin ve egzersiz uygulamalarının fiziksel sağlığın geliştirilmesiyle beraber performansı da arttığının anlatılmalı ve bununla ilgili özellikle büro çalışanlarına egzersiz, ergonomi ve iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda eğitim ve seminerlerin verilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu derlemenin amacı büro çalışanlarında görülen KİS hastalıkları hakkında güncel literatürü incelemek ve bu hastalıklardan korunma programları, ergonomi girişimleri ve egzersize ilişkin kanıtları araştırmaktır.
