Situational Aspects of Poverty: A Inventional Studying Intended The Researchs

Abstract

Situational Aspects of Poverty; By the United Nations, a reasonable standard of living and other civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights without the resources needed to be utilized, capabilities of, of the options, security and power continuous or characterized by chronic deprivation is defined as a human condition. It has been targeted to be determined with this studying the evaluating of opinions regarding the possible situational dimension of poverty in the university that researches work and the considerations related to which ways the scientific productivity will be affected in case of this poverty is removed. The data has been collected by sending questionnaire with e-mail to the researchers all of faculties of three universities that is chosen by using the convenience sampling method between 03.04.2015 and 24.05.2015. The questionnaire has been sent to 918 researchers, those 280 questionnaire forms have been responded by participants In consequences of studying , ıt has been presented that the researches, working in the university that is made questionnaire, opined in the direction of there is situational dimension of poverty in their universities and the scientific productivity will increase in case of the situational poverty is enhanced.

Yoksulluğun Durumsal Boyutu: Araştırma Görevlilerine Yönelik Keşifsel Bir Çalışma

Öz

Yoksulluğun durumsal boyutu; Birleşmiş Milletler tarafından, makul bir yaşam standardı ve diğer medeni, kültürel, ekonomik, siyasal ve sosyal haklardan faydalanılması için gereken kaynaklardan, yapabilirliklerden, seçeneklerden, güvenlikten ve güçten sürekli ya da kronik olarak yoksun kalma ile karakterize bir insani durum olarak tanımlanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile araştırma görevlilerinin görev yaptıkları üniversitelerde var olabilecek yoksulluğun durumsal boyutu üzerine görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi ve bu yoksulluğun giderilmesi halinde bilimsel üretkenliklerinin ne yönde etkileneceği konusundaki düşüncelerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veriler, 03.04.2015 ile 24.05.2015 tarihleri arasında kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak seçilen üç üniversitenin tüm fakültelerinin araştırma görevlilerine mail yolu ile anket gönderilmesi sureti ile toplanmıştır. 918 araştırma görevlisine anket formu gönderilmiş, bunlardan 280 anket formu katılımcılar tarafından cevaplanmıştır Çalışma sonucunda, anket yapılan üniversitelerde görev yapan araştırma görevlilerinin yoksulluğun durumsal boyutunun kendi üniversitelerinde var olduğu ve durumsal yoksulluğun iyileştirilmesi halinde bilimsel anlamda üretkenliklerinin artacağı yönünde görüş belirttikleri ortaya konulmuştur
