The aim of this study is to find financial performance rankings of Borsa Istanbul watchlist companies with Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDA) methods between 2008 and 2013 which are listed in the food sector and also make recommendations for using these MCDM methods. It is found that there is convergence between performances related to MCDM methods of the companies which are weighted according to the reasons of listing in watchlist market. Based upon the findings, MCDM methods with qualitative criteria are recommended to apply for further researches.
Şirketlerin finansal performanslarının ölçülmesinde geleneksel yöntemler ile farklı alanlardaki yöntemler birlikte kullanılabilmektedir. Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden de finansal performans sıralamasında yararlanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Borsa İstanbul Gözaltı Pazarındaki gıda maddeleri sanayi şirketlerinin 2008-2013 arasındaki finansal performanslarının ÇKKV yöntemleriyle sıralamalarını bulmak ve performans sıralamasında kullanılmasına öneriler getirmektir. Gözaltı pazarına alınma nedenlerine göre ağırlıklandırılan şirketlerin ÇKKV yöntemlerine bağlı performanslarının yakınsama gösterdiği bulunmuştur. Nitel kriterlerin de birlikte kullanılabildiği ÇKKV yöntemlerinin uygulanması tarafımızca önerilmektedir
