The aim of the study is to evaluate the financial and non-financial performance of Albaraka Türk Participation Bank with Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) techniques. Specifically, Method Based on the Removal Effects of Criteria (MEREC) and A Combined Compromise Solution (COCOSO) methods are used. According to the MEREC method results, the most important criteria are K1 (Return on Assets), K2 (Return on Equity) and K3 (Capital Adequacy Ratio), while the least important is K13 (Water Footprint). According to the COCOSO method results, the best performance of Albaraka Türk Participation Bank was in 2023, while the Bank's worst performance was in 2020.

Çalışmanın amacı, Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası’nın finansal ve finansal olmayan performansının Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) teknikleri ile değerlendirilmesidir. ÇKKV tekniklerinden Method Based on the Removal Effects of Criteria (MEREC) ve A Combined Compromise Solution (COCOSO) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. MEREC yöntemi sonuçlarına göre en önemli kriterler K1 (Aktif Kârlılığı), K2 (Öz kaynak Kârlılığı) ve K3 (Sermaye Yeterliliği Oranı) olurken, en önemsiz kriter K13 (Su Ayak İzi) olmuştur. COCOSO yöntemi sonuçlarına göre, Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası’nın finansal ve finansal olmayan performansının en iyi olduğu yıl 2023 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası’nın performansının en kötü olduğu yıl ise 2020 dönemi olarak belirlenmiştir.
