OTİZM SPEKTRUM BOZUKLUĞU OLAN ÇOCUKLARDA KALIPLAŞMIŞ DAVRANIŞLAR VE KALIPLAŞMIŞ DAVRANIŞLARIN YENİLİKÇİ YAKLAŞIMLARLA SAPTANMASI

Abstract

Kalıplaşmış davranışlar, Otizm Spektrum Bozukluğunun (OSB) yaygın bir belirtisidir. Bu davranışlar OSB’de kişiden kişiye önemli ölçüde değişiklik gösterebilir. OSB'li bazı çocuklar sürekli olarak kalıplaşmış davranışlarda bulunurken, diğerleri sadece stresli, endişeli ya da üzgün olduklarında bu tür davranışlar sergilerler. Kalıplaşmış davranışların tanımlayıcı özellikleri normalde alışılmadık olması, işlevsiz görünmesi ve defalarca ortaya çıkması olarak sıralanabilir. OSB'nin tanılayıcı belirtilerinden olmasına rağmen, kalıplaşmış davranışlar yalnızca OSB'ye özgü değildir ve normal gelişim gösteren çocuklarda da bulunabilir. Ancak OSB'li çocuklarda daha yaygın ve şiddetlidir. Kalıplaşmış davranışları belirlemek ve tanımak OSB'yi teşhis etmede yardımcı olabilir. Bu nedenle, bu çalışmada, kalıplaşmış davranışları tespit etmek için önerilen yeni yaklaşımlar sunulmuştur.
