Granulomatous mastitis is a rare, benign disease of the breast that can clinically mimic carcinoma. Here, we report two cases of granulomatous mastitis presenting with unilateral breast masses suspicious for carcinoma. Fine needle aspiration cytology of one patient was also suspicious. Histopathological examination revealed noncaseating granulomatous inflammation. This entity should be kept in mind for differential diagnosis since it mimics carcinoma and the definitive diagnosis is made histopathologically. The surgery may not be the best treatment. Medical treatment can also be successful.
