Abstract

Ekrin poroma nadir görülen ve ekrin ter bezlerinden kaynaklanan bir deri tümörüdür. Bu tip tümörler oldukçayavaş büyürler ve diğer deri kanserleriyle karışabilirler. Malign ekrin poroma ve venöz yetmezlik beraberliğiliteratürde şimdiye kadar bildirilmemiştir. Olgumuzda, sol bacak orta-arka kısmında variköz zeminde yerleşmişekrin poroma kitlesi mevcuttu. Tanı histopatolojik değerlendirme ile konuldu. Lenf nodu ya da uzak organmetastazı saptanmadı.Bizler bu makalede 72 yaşındaki bir bayan olguda, sol bacakta venöz yetmezlikle beraber görülen bir ekrinporoma kitlesinin başarılı cerrahi tedavisini sunmaya çalıştık. Bu birlikteliğin tesadüfî olması veya venözyetmezlik zemininde ekrin poroma gelişmiş olması olasılığı aydınlatılamamıştır. Ancak bu makale ile bu çoknadir birliktelik tartışılmıştır

An association of malignant eccrine poroma and venous insufficiency of lower extremity

Abstract

Eccrine poroma is a malignant tumour of eccrine sweat glands. It is a very rare, slow growing tumour and clinically resembles other skin cancers. We report a malignant eccrine poroma located on varicose surface of the posterior left leg of a 72 year-old woman. It was diagnosed by histopathological findings. Lymph nodes or distant metastases were not found. Malignant eccrine poroma with venous insufficiency has not been reported in the literature.Although we do not know how venous insufficiency effected the the development of eccrine poroma in our case we discuss this very rare association of eccrine poroma and venous insufficiency.
