Abstract
Corticosteroids are hormons which are secreted from human adrenal cortex. They are used commonly intreatment of rheumatoid arthritis because of their antiinflamatory and immunmodulatory effect. There are reportsabout corticosteroids that they quickly and effectively suppress synovitis and prevent radiological progression aserosive changes. The side effects of corticosteroids should be known and prevention must be taken if it isnecessary
