ÖZET: Göğüs ağrısı nedeni ile hastanemiz acil servisine başvuran 60 yaşındaki erkek hastaya yapılan tahlil ve tetkikler neticesinde akut koroner sendrom tespit edildi. Koroner anjiyografide çift (dual) sol ön inen arter (SÖİA) ve ikiye ayrılma öncesi arterde kritik lezyon olduğu gözlendi. SÖİA’in kısa seyir sonrasında ikiye ayrılarak her iki arterinde apexe uzandığı görüldü. Spindola-Franco ve meslektaşlarına göre(1), normal kalplerde çift (dual) SÖİA insidansı yaklaşık %1 civarında nadir rastlanan bu anomaliye sahip olgumuzdaki deneyimimizi paylaşmayı amaçladık.

ABSTRACT: A 60-year-old man presenting to our hospital's emergency department with chest pain was diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome after performance of specific examinations and tests. In coronary angiography he had dual left anterior descending artery (LAD) that had a critical lesion before its bifurcation. LAD was bifurcating after a short course, after which both branches were reaching apex. Herein, we aimed to report our experience in a case with dual LAD that was reported by Spindola-Franco et al (1) to be a rare anomaly in normal hearts, with an incidence of approximately 1%.
