Toplumsal Sistem ve Sibernetik İlişkisi: Sosyo-Sibernetiğin Doğuşu

The effect of the social change and transformation created by the situations in the field of technology and science in the twenty-first century is felt more and more in our lives and in the age we live in. It is seen that the sharp distinction between the existing methods and techniques of scientific studies is gradually closing and the studies are progressing by blending with many disciplines. The integration between the sciences, which has begun to show itself in today’s understanding of science, has led to the emergence of hybrid and flexible collaborative work areas in scientific studies. The interaction of the sciences with each other and the innovations they introduced paved the way for the social order to change. When we look at the situation from this perspective, we come across cybernetics, which is a young discipline that provides interaction between sciences and coordinates with many disciplines. Cybernetics is an interdisciplinary science that enables control of the results of scientific research. The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between the science of cybernetics and sociology. The study discusses artificial intelligence, which is the element that brings sociology and cybernetics together, and in which areas of society robots produced on the basis of artificial intelligence are more integrated. The areas in which artificial intelligence and robots are preferred in society are discussed within the framework of the progress of simulacra in the social system and their impact on the existence and creativity of the individual. In short, in the study, the processes and developments arising from the interaction of people with robots by combining sociology and cybernetics were examined.

Yirmi birinci yüzyılın teknoloji ve bilim alanında meydana gelen durumların toplumsal açıdan yarattığı değişim ve dönüşümün etkisi gün geçtikçe hayatımızda, yaşadığımız çağda daha çok hissedilmektedir. Bilimsel çalışmaların kendi arasında var olagelen yöntem ve tekniklerindeki keskin ayrımın giderek kapandığı ve yapılan çalışmaların birçok disiplinle harmanlanarak ilerlediği görülmektedir. Günümüz bilim anlayışında kendini göstermeye başlayan bilimler arasındaki bütünleşme, bilimsel çalışmalarda hibrit ve esnek ortak çalışma alanların doğmasına neden olmuştur. Bilimlerin birbirleri ile etkileşimi, ortaya koymuş oldukları yenilikler, toplumsal düzenin değişmesine de zemin hazırlamıştır. Duruma bu perspektiften bakıldığında bilimler arası etkileşimi sağlayan genç ve birçok bilim dalıyla koordinasyon kuran bir bilim dalı olan sibernetik karşımıza çıkar. Sibernetik, bilimsel araştırmaların sonuçlarının kontrolünü sağlayan disiplinler arası bir bilim dalıdır. Bu çalışmada amaçlanan, sibernetik biliminin sosyoloji ile ilişkisini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada sosyoloji ve sibernetik biliminin bir araya gelmesini sağlayan unsur olan yapay zekâ ve yapay zeka temelli üretilen robotların toplumda hangi alanlara daha çok entegre edildiği tartışılmıştır. Yapay zekânın ve üretilen robotların toplumda hangi alanlarda tercih edildiği, simülarkların toplumsal sistemdeki ilerleyişi, bireyin varoluşu ve yaratıcılığına etkisi çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Kısacası çalışmada sosyoloji ve sibernetiğin bir araya gelerek insanların robotlar ile kurduğu etkileşimden doğan süreç ve gelişmeler incelenmiştir.
