AFET VE İNSANİ YARDIM LOJİSTİĞİ ALANINDA YAPILAN ÇALIŞMALARIN BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZİ

Abstract

Türkiye’nin, jeolojik yapısı, topografyası ve iklim özelliklerine bakıldığında afet bölgesi olarak yüksek risk grubunda olması düşüncesiyle etkin bir afet yönetimi süreci ve planlamasının zorunluluğu ve önemi yüksektir. 2023 yılı şubat ayında Türkiye Kahramanmaraş merkezli depremin ardından doğal afet gerçeği tekrar gündeme getirmiştir. Afet öncesi ve sonrası koordinasyon sürecinin iyi yönetilmesinin can ve mal kaybının önlenmesindeki önemi vurgulanmıştır. Burada önemli olan uygulanabilir yönetim yaklaşımını amaca uygun olacak şekilde kullanmış olmaktır. Teknolojik gelişmelerin bile önleyemediği bu süreçleri afet yönetimi yaklaşımı ile sonuçlarını en aza indirmek için literatürde çeşitli çalışmalar bulunmuştur. Özellikle insani lojistik, afet lojistiği, afet yardım lojistiği ve insani yardım lojistiği kavramlarını son yıllarda gelişimi hızlı olmuş olsa da hala yeterli düzeyde değildir. Bu çalışmada amaç 2013-2023 yılları arasında belirtilen kavramlarla ilgili literatürde yapılan araştırmaların mevcut bulguları ile bibliyometrik özelliklerinin Scopus üzerinden incelenmesinin yapılmasıdır. Böylece gelecekte ilgili alanlarda çalışacak akademisyenlere çalışmalarına kaynak sağlanmak istenmiştir.
