Recently, studies related to the applied discourse analysis have gained significant acceleration in conjunction with the technological advances in recording devices. These studies analyze realistic conversations and address to all sorts of social and institutional communications. The aim of such studies is to define the perceived use of communication and professional communicative action. Here, every linguistic action is directed to realize an intention, the conscious use of linguistic actions will also provide the discourses to reach their intention. Applied discourse analysis studies are based on the methods of linguistics, communicative action and speech analysis. Unlike others, the method is based on recording and transcription of the real dialogues. In the present study, the method was visualised with three transcription fragments of case analysis in the relationship of physician and patient, the communicative action was demonstrated, and finally definition of communication problems and solutions for them were discussed.
