Aim: The study was planned to determine pregnant women’s concerns abouttheir baby’s health and their subcutaneous injection skills. Method: The measurement tools were applied by the researchers through face-to-face interviews during the pregnant women’s visit to the clinic. Results: Regarding subcutaneous injection, more than half of the pregnant women expressed concerns that their baby might experience organ problems or developmental issues related to intelligence , and almost all of them reported fear of loosing their baby. When the pregnant women's ability to perform subcutaneous injection correctly was examined, it was determined that the most common mistakes were made at the stage of injecting into the tissue. Conclusion: It is suggested that providing training through videos and demonstrations may help ensure proper application and reduce application-related concerns.
