Resveratrol ve kemik üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Resveratrol (RSVL) çeşitli bitkilerden elde edilen doğal bir polifenolik bileşiktir. RSVL’nin, anti-oksidan, anti-inflamatuar, anti-kanserojen, anti-viral, anti-diyabetik, anti-aging, kardiyoprotektif, nöroprotektif ve östrojenik etki gibi çeşitli yararlı etkileri bildirilmiştir. RSVL’nin klinik kullanımı ile ortaya çıkan çeşitli yararlı etkilerine ilaveten bu bileşiğin kemik metabolizması üzerine etkileri de bildirilmiştir. Bu derlemenin amacı RSVL’nin kemik üzerine olan etkilerini değerlendirmektir.
