Sosyal Biliş ve Sosyal Bilinç

Abstract

Bilişsel nörobilim son yıllarda dikkatini bir zamanlar felsefenin klasik temaları olan (öz) bilinç ve özneler-arasılık konularına çevirmiştir. Burada sosyal biliş kendi-öteki ayrımı ve kendi-öteki değişimi ile ilgili bilişsel performanslar için genel bir terim olarak kullanılmaktadır. Hastalık/bozukluk fenomenleriyle de ilgili olan önemli bir ayrım, sezgisel-önrefleksif ya da çıkarımsal-refleksif olarak gerçekleşebilen süreçlerin aşamalarıyla ilgilidir. Eğer bu sosyal bilişsel süreçler öznel olarak deneyimlenebilir ve üzerine düşünülebilirse, sosyal bilinçten de makul bir şekilde söz edilebilir. Bilinçli olunmayan ve bilinçli süreçler birbiriyle iç içedir ve sosyal biliş performansımızı meydana getirirler. Bu noktada sosyal nörobilim de ilgili nöral mekanizmalar ile tanımlanmak istenen bu sosyal performansların, doğa (bilimleri) çerçevesinde açıklanabileceği varsayımı ile kurulmuştur.

Soziale Kognition und Soziales Bewusstsein

Abstract

Die kognitive Neurowissenschaft hat sich in den letzten Jahren mit dem Selbstbewusstsein und der Intersubjektivität Untersuchungsgegenständen zugewandt, die vormals klassische Themen der Philosophie waren. Soziale Kognition soll hier als Oberbegriff benutzt werden für kognitive Leistungen der Selbst-Fremd-Differen- zierung und des Selbst-Fremd-Austauschs. Eine wichtige Unterscheidung, die auch im Hinblick auf Störungsphänomene relevant ist, betrifft die Stufen der Verarbei- tung, die entweder intuitiv-präreflexiv oder inferentiell-reflexiv stattfinden kann. Werden diese sozial kognitiven Prozesse subjektiv erlebbar und reflektierbar, kann auch sinnvoll von sozialem Bewusstsein gesprochen werden. Nicht-bewusste und bewusste Prozesse greifen dabei ineinander und konstituieren so unsere sozial kog- nitiven Leistungen. Unter der Annahme der Naturalisierbarkeit dieser Leistungen hat sich hier das Forschungsprogramm der sozialen Neurowissenschaft etabliert, die sich um die Identifizierung der beteiligten neuralen Mechanismen bemüht.
