MJEN is committed to protecting the users’ personal information while visiting its website. Use of any part of this website will imply users’ agreement to this Privacy Policy.

By registration to the MJEN Website, submission of papers or any other information, users authorize MJEN to release their personal information including their identities and institutions. The personal information includes the data automatically transferred by users’ computer and/or information that users deliberately key in registration forms when they sign up as MJEN members. The information is archived to notify users of any news about or modifications to the MJEN Policy as well as Terms and Conditions.

Upon acceptance, authors retain the copyright of their manuscripts, and all articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.

Archiving Policy

Manas Journal of Engineering allows self-archiving of accepted and published papers through open access policy. Authors retain the copyright of their work and can archive MJEN’s version/PDF to personal or institutional repositories or libraries without requiring permission from the journal, provided that the Manas Journal of Engineering is attributed as the original place of publication and that correct citation details are given.

Upon acceptance of paper by the journal, the authors can make their article publicly available by acknowledging that the article has been accepted for publication as follows:

Authors can also make their published article publicly available immediately after publication without requiring any permission to different repositories, libraries or personal websites provided that they also deposit the URL of their published article, in addition to the PDF version by correctly citing the Manas Journal of Engineering along with other citation details.
