(1999), was used to measure the psychological performance strategies of the athletes. SPSS 25 Package Program was used in the analysis of the data. In order to determine whether the psychological performance strategies of the athletes differ according to gender, branch and national status variables, T-Test was applied to the datas. Pearson's correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between the variables of sports experience time and the scores obtained from the inventory. As a result, while the scores of the team athletes in the negative thinking sub-dimension of the psychological performance strategies sub-dimensions were higher than the individual athletes; in the imagination sub-dimension, it was determined that individual athletes' scores were higher than team athletes. In addition, according to the results of the sub-dimensions of goal, visualization, and talking with yourself, it was determined that the scores of national athletes had a higher average than non-national sportsmen.
