Abstract

Life time anxiety disorders comorbidity rates among bipolar patients are estimated 24-93%, so far there are no guidelines for the treatment of this comorbidity.Many of the bipolar patients has comorbid multiple anxiety disorders and this comorbidity show bad prognosis for bipolar patients.

Abstract

İki uçlu mizaç bozukluğu hastalarının yaşam boyu anksiyete bozukluğu ekhastalığı %24-93 olarak bulunmaktadır ve bu ekhastalığın tedavisi için yapılmış bir tedavi yol göstericisi yoktur. Çoğu iki uçlu hastaların çoklu anksiyete bozukluğu vardır ve bu ekhastalık bu hastalar için kötü prognozu gösterir.
