İŞ GÜVENCESİZLİĞİ VE EĞRETİ ÇALIŞMANIN ÇALIŞANLAR ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ

Abstract

Çalışma durumu sağlığın önemli sosyal belirleyicilerinden birisidir. Ancak çalışanların sağlığının korunmasında, yalnızca alışılagelen iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının yeterli olamayacağı iyi bilinmektedir. Piyasa ve küresel rekabete uyum modeli olarak düşünülen esnek çalışma uygulamasının eğretileşmeye neden olduğu ve sağlığın olumsuz etkilendiği giderek iyi anlaşılmaktadır. Eğretileşme kavramı, iş güvencesizliğinin iyi bilinen sağlık sorunlarının ötesinde esnek üretim modelinin sağlık etkilerinin daha kapsamlı incelenmesine olanak tanımaktadır. Örneğin örgütsüzlüğün ve sendikal hakların kullanımı ile ilişkili olumsuz sağık sonuçları eğreti çalışma içinde ele alınabilmektedir. Bu nedenle toplum ve çalışan sağlığı araştırmalarında eğreti istihdam etkilerinin incelenmesi önemlidir. Herhangi bir üretim modelinin sağlıksızlığa rağmen sürdürülmesi etik dışı olduğu kadar olanaksız olduğu düşünülmelidir.
