MESLEKİ KAS İSKELET RİSKLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİNDE GÜNCEL TEKNİKLER VE QUICK EXPOSURE CHECK QEC

Abstract

İş ile ilgili aktiviteler sırasında bazı risklere maruz kalma ve uygun olmayan çalýþma koşulları sonucunda gelişen meslek kas iskelet hastalıkları MKİH endüstrileşmiş ülkelerde yaygın bir sağlık sorunudur.Sakatlığın önde gelen nedenlerinden olan MKİH iş günü kayıpları ve sigorta tazminatlarına yol açarak yüksek maliyetlere neden olur.İş yerinde riskleri azaltmayı amaçlayan korunma ve ergonomi eğitimi ve ergonomik giriþimler ile bu hastalıklardan korunmak büyük ölçüde mümkündür.MKIH için, risk etkenlerini değerlendirmede bir çok gözlemsel teknik geliştirilmiþtir. Epidemiyolojik çalışmalarda MKİH bel, boyun, omuz ve üstekstremitelerde, alt ekstremiteye oranla daha sık görüldüğünden yöntemler daha çok bu bölgeler için hazırlanmıştır.Bu derlemenin amacı MKİH’nda riske maruziyeti deðerlendirmede kullanılangözlemsel teknikleri gözden geçirmek ve Türkçe çevirisini ve güvenirliliðini çalıştığımız Quick Exposure Check QEC , Hızlı Maruziyet Değerlendirme HMD ölçeği hakkında bilgi vermektir.
