Abstract

Küreselleşme ve teknolojik değişim, çalışma ilişkilerini dönüştürmektedir. Geçici ve kısa süreli iş sözleşmesi, kamu ve özel işyeri örgütlenmesinde yeniden yapılanma, fabrika kapanmaları, kamu harcamalarında kısıtlama, özelleştirme, taşeronlaşma, kuralsızlaştırma gibi köklü değişiklikler çalışanları etkilemektedir. Çalışanlar işsizlikle karşılaşmaktadır. İşsiz kalanlar koşullardan etkilenenlerin küçük bir bölümü olup, buzdağının tepesini oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmaya devam eden çok büyük kesim işyeri küçülmelerinden ve işten çıkartılmalardan etkilenmektedir. Bu çalışmada iş güvencesizliğinin tanımının yapılması, ölçüm yöntemlerinin özetlenmesi ve sağlıkla ilişkisinin gözden geçirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
