Abstract

Participatory ergonomics is an approach, developed in last years along with the transition of ergonomics from the micro level to the macro level, reflecting the systems dynamics of ergonomics. This approach, taking into account the staff partiticipation, aims at solving the problems occuringin the production line. Therefore, the resistance against changes can be broken and the motivationfactor and productivitiy can be increased. In thisstudy, participatory ergonomics applications are used for the solution of the problems that may arisein real life and the results are evaluated for a large-scale company in Turkey which operates in thepacking and press sector

KATILIMCI ERGONOMİ YAKLAŞIMI BASKI VE AMBALAJ SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR UYGULAMA

Year 2004, Volume: 5 Issue: 19, 28 - 34, 01.08.2004

Abstract

Katılımcı ergonomi, ergonominin mikro seviyeden makro seviyeye geçmesiyle birlikte son yıllarda gelişen ve ergonominin sistem anlayışını yansıtan yeni bir yaklaşımdır. Bu yaklaşımla, üretim hattında meydana gelen sorunların çözümüne çalışanların katılımının sağlanması amaçlanır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’nin baskı ve ambalaj sektöründe büyük ölçekli işletmelerinden birinde, gerçek hayatta karşılaşılacak ergonomik problemlerin çözümü için katılımcı ergonomi uygulaması yapılmış, yapılan iyileştirmelerle ortaya çıkan sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.
