Finansal Serbestleşmenin Teorik Temelleri

Year 2012, Issue: 5, 69 - 80, 01.04.2012

Abstract

Finansal serbestleşme, finans piyasalarını ayıran sınırların ortadan kalkması, sermaye hareketliliğini engelleyen düzenlemelerin ve finansal baskı politikalarının terk edilmesi olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Finansal serbestleşme politikalarının ekonomik büyümeyi arttırıcı bir unsur olarak gören yazarların yanında, finansal serbestleşme politikalarının özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerde önemli finansal ekonomik krizlere zemin hazırladığını savunan yazarlar da bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada finansal serbestleşme teorileri açıklanmaktadır.aktadır

Theoretical Bases of Financial Liberalization

Year 2012, Issue: 5, 69 - 80, 01.04.2012

Abstract

Financial liberalization emerges as elimination of barriers over financial markets and giving up regulations that prevent capital movements and financial policies of repression. Besides several authors that consider financial liberalization policies as factors that can increase that level of economic growth, there are also some other authors that propose financial liberalization policies lay the groundwork for severe financial crises particularly in developing countries. The aim of this study is to explain financial liberalization theories
