Instructional Technology and Material Status against the Visual Arts Area

Abstract

Today, due to the increase of learning requirements in schools in studies are needed to improve the efficiency of the teaching-learning process. In this case, the creation of a more favorable environment education in schools, the development of more effective tools and training materials that can be utilized in education and has led to the use of no interest to work towards. Visual arts, visual arts educational technology for the benefit of these developments brought about by the age of education and the renewal process has become imperative to adapt to the training. Despite all these requirements for teaching visual arts to technology and the scarcity of the material type and number, to a lack of qualifications reveals the need for research in this area will contribute to the development and creative suggestions. Research examining the visual arts in elementary education technology application in this regard, to contribute to the identification of problems and the measures to be taken are seen as important there. With the findings of the study, the Ministry of Education about the need for visual arts course of the tools is thought to shed light on the working class vehicles. For this purpose, the "primary schools is how instructional technology and material condition for the visual arts?" Has to answer the question. Five working groups of the study visual arts in the province of Bolu consists of primary school teachers. Qualitative data collection and analysis techniques used in this study, data were obtained through interviews face to face. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis software package. NVivo 7 and interpreted. The results in terms of visual arts, the findings were a lack of material for the field of instructional technology and learning. Research the creation of visual arts workshops equipped with modern technology, it has finalized the proposal to provide for th edevelopment of teaching materials, Technologies and visual arts programs.
