EVRİMCİ ETİĞİN SORUNLARI ve ANTONY FLEW

Abstract

Bu yazıda yaşamının uzunca bir süresinde ateizmi savunmuş doğalcı/ tabiatçı bir filozof olan Antony Flew’nun evrimci etiğe ilişkin eleştirel değerlendirmeleri üzerinde durulmaktadır. Yazıda ele alınan bazı temel sorular şunlardır: Evrimci etik Doğalcı/Tabiatçı Yanlış’a düşüyor mu?, Mutlak bir ilerlemeci gelişme yasası gerçekten var mı?, Böyle bir yasa gerçekten var olsa bile o insanın ahlaki özgürlüğüyle çelişmez mi? İlerleme yasası, ahlaki iyi için bir ölçüt verebilir mi?, “Doğa yasası”, “en uyumlu olanın hayatta kalması”, “doğal seçilim” gibi ifadeler yanlış mı anlaşılıyor? Sadece hayatta kalmak ahlaken tek başına istenebilir bir şey midir?
