Mülkiye Dergisi is a critical journal of social sciences.

Mülkiye Dergisi is sponsored and published by the Mülkiye Alumni Association. From the very first issue published in 1965, Mülkiye Dergisi has maintained its critical approach to the social and political issues, especially regarding Turkey. Mülkiye Dergisi, based on its critical traditions evolved into an academic social science journal and in 1999 was transformed fully into a quarterly peer review academic periodical. The continuity and the high quality content has been made possible by the editorial and advisory boards as well as all who professionally and voluntarily contributes to the journal.

Mülkiye Dergisi is cited in ASOS index, TÜBİTAK-Ulakbim, and EBSCO Political Science Complete databases. It is also listed under City Public Libraries Catalogue. It is a member of the Committee on Publishing Ethics (COPE).
