Abstract

Özet:
Son küresel krizde soldan kapitalizmin çöktüğünü ilan eden bir ses gelmedi. İçinden
geçtiğimiz dönemde çöküş teleolojisi gündemden düşmüş durumdadır. Bu durum solun siyasal
zayıflığı tarafından açıklanabilir. Çöküş teleolojisi 1848’den bu yana sosyalist mücadelenin
ayrılmaz parçalarından biri ve sosyalistlerin kendi var oluşlarına anlam biçme biçimidir.
Sosyalist mücadelenin uzun dalgaları içinde özellikle III.’sü ve IV.’sünde daha yüksek bir
şekilde ifade edilmiştir. Özellikle kapitalizmin kriz yaşadığı dönemlerde daha iktisadi bir içerik
kazanan çöküş teleolojisi, kapitalizmin göreli olarak istikrara kavuştuğu dönemlerde ise siyasal
bir mesaja dönüşmüştür. 1989’dan sonra sosyalist mücadelelerin gerilemesi çöküş teleolojisini
de etkisizleştirmiş ve sessizleştirmiştir.

Abstract:
During the last global economic crisis, no declaration on the capitalist breakdown could be
heard. Today, the breakdown teleology seems to be out of the agenda. This could be attributed
to the weakness of the left. Since 1848, the breakdown teleology had been one of the basic
pillars of the socialist struggle and the way in which socialists had been giving meaning to their
own existence. The breakdown of capitalism was declared in a more hightoned way especially
during the III. and IV. waves of the socialist struggle. While tending to have more economic
meaning during the crises of capitalism, the breakdown teleology had generally turned into a
prophetic political message in the periods in which capitalism seemed to be stabilized. The
retreat of the socialist struggles after 1989 silenced and passivated the breakdown teleology.
