This article introduces the peer-reviewed journal, entitled Keshif: E-Journal for Ottoman-Turkish Micro Editions, a medium that focuses on Ottoman manuscripts, and discusses how this journal can be made into a database. By way of Keshif, it is aimed to publish texts such as personal notes, anecdotes, stories, poems, fortune-telling, recipes, spells, letters that cannot be classified and found in manuscripts. Keshif's database, which will be expanded with the contributions made in the future, aims to present these scattered notes to the service of researchers, both by word scanning and by categories such as century, geography, person, and content.
