Gömülü Yirmi Yaş Dişi İle İlgili Youtube Videoları Hastalar İçin Yararlı Mı?: Kesitsel Bir Çalışma

Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı; gömülü yirmi yaş dişi ile ilgili Youtube videolarının kalitesini incelemek ve hastalar için yararlı olup olmadığını değerlendirmektir.
Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışma popülasyonu ‘Gömülü yirmi yaş dişi’ kelimesi kullanılarak oluşturuldu. 150 video tarandı. Reklamlar, alakasız ve duplike olan videolar çıkartıldıktan sonra kalan 107 video üç araştırmacı tarafından incelendi. Videoların süreleri, yükleme kaynakları, yorum sayıları ve beğenilme sayıları kaydedildi. Videolar içerdikleri bilgilere göre zayıf, orta ve yüksek kaliteli olmak üzere üç kategoriye ayrıldı. Kruskal Wallis veya Mann Whitney-U testi yapıldı. Kategorik datalar için ki-kare testi ve korelasyon için Spearman korelasyon testi kullanıldı. Önemlilik seviyesi p <0.05 olarak kabul edildi.
Bulgular: 75 video sağlık çalışanları, 17 video sağlık şirketleri ve 15 video ise bireysel kullanıcılar tarafından internete yüklenmiştir. Videoların kullanışlılık skoru 0-2 arasında değişmekteydi. 33 video zayıf kalitede ve 18 video ise yüksek kalitedeydi. Videonun süresi ile yükleme kaynağı arasında anlamlı bir fark bulundu. (p<0.001) Yorum sayısı ile beğenilme sayısı arasında pozitif bir korelasyon olduğu görüldü.
Sonuç: Bu çalışmada değerlendirilen YouTube videoları daha çok sağlık çalışanları tarafından yüklenildiği için hastaların gömülü yirmi yaş dişi ile ilgili bilgi edinmesi için sınırlıda olsa bir kaynak olarak kabul edilebilir fakat hastalar doğru bilgileri hekimlerinden alabilirler.
