Determination of Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip Using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) on Ultrasound Viewing According to Graf’s Method

Abstract

Arka plan: Kalçanın gelişimsel displazisi (GKD) önlenebilir bir hastalıktır. Kalça ultrasonu, kalça deformitesinin erken teşhisi için en iyi tanı seçimidir. Ancak, çok sayıda ayakta tedavi kliniğinde yoğunluk nedeniyle, bazen karışma meydana gelebilir. Graf yöntemine göre kalça ultrasonografisinin takibinde Yapay Sinir Ağlarının (YSA) kullanılabilirliğini belirlemek için bir çalışma düzenledik.
Yöntemler: Çalışma grubundan kalça ultrasonografisi ile değerlendirilen 135 olgu alındı. Alfa ve beta açıları Graf'ın USG yöntemine göre ölçüldü. Alfa ve beta açıları, cinsiyet ve Graf USG sınıflandırmasına göre iki grup belirlendi. Ölçümler 25 yıllık tecrübeli bir radyolog tarafından yapıldı. Veritabanları yazılıma yüklendi. Girdi verileri ve hedef veriler için 18 örnek 135 vaka arasından seçildi. Örnekler yapay sinir ağını eğitmek için kullanıldı. Hedef veriler 3 tip için düzenlendi (Tip I, II ve III).
Sonuçlar: ''Resilient Backpropagation” eğitim işlevi %87,4 oranında gerçekleşti. Çoğu durumda belirleme katsayısı (R-Kare) ve doğruluk değerleri %100'dü. ''Polak-Ribiére Conjugate Gradient'' eğitim işlevi %83,0 olarak gerçekleşti.
Sonuç: Bu USG kayıtlarını takip etmek için yapay sinir ağlarını (yapay zeka) kullanmanın daha kolay takip sağlayabileceğini düşünüyoruz. Böylece olası karıştırma problemlerinden kaçınılabilir.
