THE EVALUATION OF PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY AND BIOLOGY COURSE BOOKS BY THE TEACHER CANDIDATES

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the evaluation of the course books used in the secondary education institutions in the central province of Eskişehir by the students in the Master of Science Without Thesis Programme in the Department of Secondary Science and Mathematics Education under Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Education. During the research, a scale which was developed by the researchers has been used. The evaluation has been analyzed and interpreted with the help of SPSS statistical programme and recommendations were given regarding the study.
