Abstract
The performance concept is of vital importance to the Construction Sector as it is for the whole production industry. The aim of this paper is to analyze the aspects of performance concept for the construction management researchers, which will help to; 1) reveal the areas of condensation and 2) determine the emerging topics. The paper maps research trends and identifies gaps in current knowledge for future research, based on the literature review`s findings consisting of 453 papers that were published in top-ranked construction management journals.
Abstract
Performans kavramı her sektörde olduğu kadar İnşaat Sektörü için de büyük önem taşımaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada, inşaat sektöründe performans kavramının, inşaat yönetimi konusunda çalışan araştırmacılar tarafından hangi bakış açıları ile ele alındığına dair bir analiz sunulmaktadır. Bu şekilde yapılan araştırmaların hangi noktalara yoğunlaştığının ortaya çıkartılması ve ileriye yönelik araştırma alanlarının belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Konu ile ilgili olarak, inşaat yönetimi alanında yayın yapan uluslar arası dergiler üzerinden 453 adet makale incelenmiş elde edilen veriler üzerinden varılan sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır.
