ANALYSIS OF EARTHQUAKE RISK BUILDINGS WITH LOW POWER CARRY FLOORS (Elazy? CASE)

Abstract

Turkey, due to the geological location is one of high risk countries. Minimal loss of life and property during earthquakes by the authorities to be the work of earthquake activity and earthquake risk values must be taken into account. With today's technology, accurate method for determining the present situation of buildings and methods of analysis, although both the methods of this type of lack of qualified personnel is not economical in terms of both time and cost. Reliable parameters for the purpose of this situation, based on quantitative assessments about the use of methods of economic and realistic solution. From this viewpoint is located on the East Anatolian fault line 1 Instance of the earthquake in the province of Elazig, the weak bearing capacity of the floors of buildings in a study prepared to determine the level of earthquake risk. In this study, the results of a survey of 735 building, transfer of the data using SPSS package program, graphic, digital and cross-evaluation includes analysis of the current situation was created.
