Abstract

Hyzla geli?en teknoloji, artan rekabet ortamy üretimde verimlili?i ve kaliteyi arttyrmayy zorunlu hale getirmekte, bu amaçla yeni yakla?ymlar ortaya konulmaktadyr. Bu çaly?mada farkly bir otomobil kapy kolunun ergonomik tasarymy, üretimi gerçekle?tirilmektedir. CAD yazylymy ile tasarlanan model CAM'e aktarylmakta ve SolidCAM yazylymyyla takym yollary olu?turularak simülasyonla do?rulama yapylmaktadyr. Abaqus ile 600 N de?erine kadar uygulanan yükler altynda gerilme analizi gerçekle?tirilmektedir. Shigley yöntemiyle son adymda yeterli bulunan tasarym CNC de imal edilmektedir.

DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING OF A NEW TYPE DOOR HANDLE

Abstract

Computer-aided design involves the use of computers to obtain design drawings and geometric models of components. Computer-aided manufacturing involves the use of computers and computer technology to assist in all stages of manufacturing. In this paper using Shigley's method a new handle for cars designed. Using finite element method under the load up to 600 N stress analyses carried out. Evaluation of the handle found successfully. At the last stage the handle manufactured. This work showed that implementation of CAD/CAM is suitable to design and manufacture such components.
