INVESTIGATION OF HEAT INSULATION PERFORMANCE OF DIFFERENT WALL VARIETIES USED IN BUILDINGS

Abstract

In this study, the most preferred types of wall heat insulation performance are determined experimentally. For this purpose, with the actual construction features 1/3 of a reinforced concrete structure can be manufactured and column spans are built with six different wall element. These materials are extensively used in the production of housing; horizontal hollow brick, the vertical hollow brick, pumice, aerated concrete blocks, brick and sandwich wall. A heat source placed inside the model building, with the help of thermo couples fixed to the internal heat is provided. The building operated for 30 days with a heat source to provide heat balance and every wall surface of the thermal images were taken with the camera. The images and heat values are interpreted, heat efficiency of the wall varieties are defined. Consequently, the wall varieties's thermal conductivity resistance, thermal conductivity coefficient and the amount of heat loss have been identified.

Abstract

Bu çaly?mada, ülkemizde en çok tercih edilen duvar çe?itlerinin ysy yalytym performansy deneysel olarak belirlenmeye çaly?ylmy?tyr. Bu amaçla gerçek yapy özellikleri ta?yyan 1/3 ölçekli?inde küçültülmü? betonarme karkas bir yapy imal edilerek, kolon açyklyklary alty farkly duvarelamany ile örülmü?tür. Bu malzemelerkonut üretiminde yo?un ?ekilde kullanylan;yatay delikli tu?la, dü?ey delikli tu?la, bims, gaz beton, harman tu?la ve sandviç duvar uygulamalarydyr. Kurulan model yapy içerisine bir ysy kayna?y yerle?tirilerek termostatlar yardymyyla içerdeki ysynyn sabitlenmesi sa?lanmy?, yapynyn ysy dengesinin sa?lanmasy amacyyla ysy kayna?y 30 gün boyunca çaly?tyrylmy? ve daha sonra her duvar yüzeyinden termal kamera ile görüntüler alynmy?tyr. Alynan bu görüntü ve ysy de?erleri yorumlanarak, kullanylan duvar çe?itlerinin ysy verimlili?i ortaya konulmu?tur. Buna ba?ly olarak her duvaryn ysyl geçirgenlik direnci, ysyl geçirgenlik katsayysy ve ysy kayby miktary tespit edilmi?tir.
