In this study, waste shingle scraps were used in Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) samples, stability and flow resistance of HMA samples were investigated. Initially, optimum bitumen content of wearing course was determined by Marshall stability test method and then waste shingle scraps, 1%, 2%, 3%, and 5% in terms of total aggregate weight, were added to HMA samples at the predefined optimum binder content. Besides, control samples were performed and compared with the waste shingle added samples. Test results show that waste shingles can be used in HMA as an additive in accordance with Turkey General Directorate of Highways (TCK) specification limits.
