The aim of this study is to automatically derive CAM codes of a elliptic paraboloid piece by using end mill cutter in CNC milling machines. To realize this operation, firstly the manufacturing tool path equations of elliptic paraboloid surface were established. After, according to the equations a MATLAB programme was developed different from existing applications for the model of CAD and generation of CAM codes. Standard ISO (G&M) codes were used while CAM codes automatically were being formed by developing this programme. Dyna 4M CNC simulation programme was used to control the accuracy of produced CAM codes.
Bu çaly?mada Eliptik Paraboloid yüzeyli bir parçanyn dik i?leme merkezli CNC freze tezgahlarynda, düz alynly parmak freze çakysy ile imalaty için CAM kodlarynyn otomatik olarak türetilmesi amaçlanmy?tyr. Bu i?lemi gerçekle?tirmek için, ilk önce Eliptik Paraboloid yüzeyin parametrik takym yolu denklemleri çykarylmy?tyr. Daha sonra bu denklemlere göre, yüzeyin CAD modelini ve CAM kodlaryny olu?turma i?lemi MATLAB programlama ortamynda yapylmy?tyr. Hazyrlanan MATLAB programy ile otomatik CAM kodlary olu?turulurken, programda standart ISO (G ve M) kodlary kullanylmy?tyr. Elde edilen CAM kodlarynyn do?rulu?unu kontrol etmek için, Dyna 4M CNC simülasyon programy kullanylmy?tyr.
