IN THIS STUDY, STEPPER MOTOR WAS CONTROLLED OVER TELEPHONE LINES. DTMF TECHNIQUE WAS USED FOR REMOTE CONTROL. THE APPLICATION CONSISTS OF TWO SECTIONS. IN THE FIRST SECTION DTMF DECODER CIRCUIT IDENTIFIES THE KEY SIGNALS OF THE PHONE AND GENARETES 4 BIT EQUIVALENT OF THESE SIGNALS.IN THE SECOND SECTION A STEPPER MOTOR WAS CONTROLLED VIA PIC MICROCONTROLLER. THE PIC MICROCONTROLLER USES 4 BIT INPUTS TO CONTROL. AS A RESULT A STEPPER MOTOR WAS CONTROLLED BY PIC MICCONTROLLER.
