Çe?itli nedenlere ba?ly olarak ömrünü tamamlamy? ya da tamamlamak üzere olan betonarme binalar ça?yn önemli bir konusu haline gelmektedir. Özellikle deprem riski ta?yyan bölgelerde bu yapylarla ilgili acil önlemler alynmasy gerekmektedir. Bu bölgelerdeki betonarme yapylaryn yykylarak yeniden yapylmalary bir seçenektir. Di?er bir seçenek ise uygun bir rehabilitasyon ile ömürlerini uzatmaktyr. Özellikle özgün mimari özellikleri olan yapylaryn kapsamly rehabilitasyon uygulamalaryyla gelecek ku?aklara aktarylmasy konusunda duyarly olunmasy gerekmektedir. Bu çaly?mada, Türkiye'de betonarme yapylaryn rehabilitasyon sorunlary Büyük Tarabya Oteli'nin rehabilitasyon süreci örne?inde irdelenmi?tir. Örnek seçiminde yapynyn modern mimarlyk ürünü olmasy, deprem riski yüksek bir kentte yer almasy, yapym tekni?inin betonarme olmasy ve rehabilitasyonunda modern tekniklerin uygulanmasy etken olmu?tur. Sismik müdahale gören otelin rehabilitasyon süreci projelendirme, uygulama ve örgütsel yapy açysyndan incelenmi?tir. Çaly?ma kapsamynda benzer nitelikteki betonarme binalaryn rehabilitasyon sürecinde alynabilecek önlemler tarty?ylmaktadyr.
Reinforced concrete buildings which for various reasons have completed or about to complete their life cycle have become one of the most important issues of the decade. Urgent measures concerning these buildings need to be taken in regions with earthquake risks in particular. One option is to demolish and reconstruct the reinforced concrete buildings in these regions. Another option is to continue their life cycles by appropriate rehabilitation techniques. It is important to be sensitive in the case of buildings with unique architectural characteristics during rehabilitation applications. This study presents the rehabilitation process of the Grand Tarabya Hotel as a case study. The selection of this particular case was based on various reasons such as: the building was an example of modern architecture, located in a city with great earthquake risk, the construction technique of it is reinforced concrete and that modern techniques were used for its rehabilitation. The rehabilitation process of the hotel, which includes seismic interventions, has been investigated in respect of project, application and organizational. General suggestions for the rehabilitation process of other similar reinforced concrete buildings have been developed by considering the problems encountered during the rehabilitation process of the case study.
