THE EFFECT OF NYTROGEN SHYELDED GASES AT WELDED METAL SURFACE AISI 1030

Abstract

In this study; AISI 1030 steel ,was welded by plasma transferred arc welding method. The additional Ar shielded gases in PTA method at % 1-3-5 rate N2 was used. The effected N2 shielded gases, the determination melting-solidifacition the welding metal at high heat and how change the observed could welding metal this additive.

Bu çaly?mada; AISI 1030 türü çeli?e, Plazma Transferli Ark (PTA) kaynak yöntemiyle kaynak diki?leri çekildi. PTA yönteminde koruyucu gaz olarak kullanylan Ar'a, %1–3–5 oranlarynda azot (N2) katyldy. Koruyucu gaza azot katkysy; gazyn yüksek sycaklyklarda kaynak metali tabakasynda erime-katyla?ma durumunun belirlenmesi ve bu katkynyn kaynak metalini nasyl de?i?tirildi?inin gözlenmesidir.
