Abstract
In this study, post-Cold War Asian politics of the USA in the context of China and Russia, its goals in the region, and Russia and China's reaction to the USA are discussed. Within the scope of fighting against terrorism after the September 11 Attack, USA, occupied Afghanistan in 2001, and Iraq in 2003. Thus, USA, settling in energy-rich region which has geopolitically big importance in the global politics, has increased its political and military dominance. This situation worries Russia and China. Interests on economy, ideology and security placed Asia on the center of the foreign policy of the USA in the 21st century, and made Asia as the playground of the big powers. Being on the Asian continent, Turkey is influenced by all these taking place.

Bu çaly?mada; ABD'nin, Çin ve Rusya ba?lamynda so?uk sava? sonrasy Asya politikalary, bölgedeki hedefleri, Rusya ve Çin'in ABD'ye tepkisi ele alynmaktadyr. ABD 11 Eylül saldyrylary sonrasy terörizmle mücadele çerçevesinde 2001'de Afganistan'y, 2003'te ise Irak'y i?gal etmi?tir. Böylece ABD, jeopolitik olarak küresel politikada büyük bir öneme sahip enerji zengini bölgeye yerle?ip, siyasi ve askeri hâkimiyetini arttyrmaktadyr. Bu durum Rusya ve Çin'i kaygylandyrmaktadyr. Ekonomik, ideolojik ve güvenli?e ili?kin çykarlar 21. yüzyylda Asya'yy, ABD dy? politikasynyn merkezine oturtarak büyük güçlerin oyun alany yapmy?tyr. Bir Asya ülkesi olan Türkiye bu geli?melerden etkilenmektedir.
